Winter Track Club / Indoor Track & Field

This group includes both Middle school and High school students within the District. This provides an opportunity for the athletes to get a head start on the spring track and field season. We use this time to build strength and physical conditioning, learning drills to help in flexibility and build a deeper understanding of the sport on indoor track and field. We go through most of the training preparations of the spring track season and participate in two to four indoor PIAA competitions. These athletes are usually dealing with less injuries, much better conditioned and significantly more prepared for the challenges of the spring track season.
