Dear Class of 2027,

The staff of The Elizabethan Yearbook is looking forward to making your senior year amazing and capturing those moments in the 2027 yearbook.

Below, essential information is included regarding official senior photographs for the yearbook, senior biographies, and due dates relating to the 2027 yearbook. To purchase your yearbook, go to www.Jostens.com - prices will increase throughout the year so take advantage of the special offers early in the year!

Please note that yearbooks are planned, designed, and executed by students for students in a learning environment that encourages student leadership and ownership. The students this year have chosen a spring delivery, which means the yearbook will be distributed by the end of the school year. In order to achieve this distribution deadline, the hardcover yearbook will contain events from the beginning of the school year through the beginning of March. Events in the spring, including spring sports, May Day, and prom, will be in a magazine-style supplement that can be adhered into the hardcover book. Distribution willtake place in late May or early June 2027, based on shipping times out of our control.

Senior Photographs:

1. For their official yearbook portrait, seniors must have their photo taken by Epic Photography.

   2. What to Wear:
      1. A nice top or a shirt and tie; suit jackets are optional and will NOT be provided by the photographer. If wearing a tie, please be sure to have it tied properly upon arrival.
3. Viewing and ordering information for portraits will be provided to bring home at each session and will also be emailed. Prices to purchase pictures are subject to Epic Photography.

4. Epic Photography will ensure that the yearbook staff receives your photograph. All official yearbook senior photograph selections must be received by Friday, February 5th.

Senior Biographies:

1. Senior biographies are submitted online only. Please submit at: https://tinyurl.com/EtownSeniorBio27.
2. In order for your biography to be included in the yearbook, you must have a senior portrait by Epic Photography taken. We will not include biographies without a senior portrait.
3. All senior biographies must be submitted online by Friday, February 5th, 2027.
4. The yearbook reserves the right to exclude any inappropriate information as determined by the adviser, staff, and/or administration without warning. Any items included over the number limit for lists will be cut for spacing.

Purchasing a Yearbook and Senior Tribute Ads

1. Yearbooks can be purchased online at www.Jostens.com starting at the beginning of the school year. Prices will increase throughout the year, so take advantage of the special offers early!
2. Parents/Guardians have the opportunity to purchase a tribute advertisement for their senior that will appear in the yearbook. This can be done online through www.Jostens.com starting at the beginning of the school year. The due date for Senior Advertisements is February 26, 2027.
   1. Ads purchased and paid for before November 13, 2026 are discounted.
3. Ads are purchased and designed online by you, but the yearbook staff may make design changes to ensure consistency with our design and theme. All content will remain the same as long as it is school-appropriate.
4. If you would like to order an advertisement after February 26, you must contact the yearbook advisor directly at Christine_Blaisdell@etownschools.org to inquire about the availability of space. You can email photos and a message to your senior, and the yearbook staff will design the advertisement for you. Advertisement space will be given on a first-come-first-served basis, so don’t delay!

Yearbook Coverage

Our goal is to include every student in the yearbook three times. We will do our part to cover all sports, clubs, activities, musical organizations, and academics; however, we encourage you to let us know if there is something happening that we should know about. Is there something unique about you or your club, friends, sport, etc. that we can feature? Email Christine_Blaisdell@etownschools.org with story ideas or photos you have taken yourself!
