School-Sponsored Clubs
These organizations are district-approved extracurricular programs that are supervised and directed by school employees and operate under Board policy and district guidelines.
These programs:
- Are led or directed by district employees who may organize, plan, and oversee meetings and activities.
- May meet during the instructional day, designated activity periods, or outside of the school day as determined by the District.
- Represent the District and may be promoted as school-sponsored activities.
- May have access to district funding, activity accounts, and school-sponsored transportation, in accordance with District procedures.
- May participate in events, competitions, or activities that represent the school.
- Must comply with all applicable Board policies, administrative regulations, and student conduct expectations.
Participation in these programs is voluntary unless otherwise designated as part of a curricular or co-curricular requirement.
