Nine senior varsity athletes from Elizabethtown Area High School officially took the next step in their athletic and academic journeys during a special Athlete Recognition Day ceremony held Wednesday, February 4. Surrounded by family members, teammates, friends, and coaches, each student-athlete confirmed their commitment to compete in collegiate athletics.

Elizabethtown Area Middle School is proud to recognize its January Students of the Month, celebrating students who demonstrate exceptional initiative, responsibility, and personal growth. Each month, teachers reflect on the students in their teams through the lens of the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, identifying those who exemplify a particular habit or who have shown remarkable growth in that area.
Elizabethtown Area High School Students Shine at PMEA District 7 Chorus Festival
The vocal talents of five Elizabethtown Area High School students were on display at the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association District 7 Chorus Festival. Selected through a highly competitive audition process, the EAHS students represented a range of voice parts were Ben Creason, Stephen Fasick, Hayden Simione, Elaina Smith, and Makayla Weaver.
EAHS Brings the Magic of Disney’s Frozen: The Broadway Musical to the Stage
This winter, the magic of Arendelle comes to life as Elizabethtown Area High School proudly presents Disney’s Frozen: The Broadway Musical. Performances will take place February 26, 27, and 28 at 7:00 p.m., with an additional matinee on February 28 at 1:00 p.m., in the EAHS Auditorium, located at 600 E. High Street, Elizabethtown, PA.

The Elizabethtown Area School District Board of School Directors approved the 2026–2027 school calendar at its regularly scheduled meeting on January 27, 2026. The first day of school for students will be Monday, August 31, 2026, and will be an early dismissal day. The last scheduled day of school is Friday, June 4, 2027, which is also planned as an early dismissal day.
